On the other hand, any other thread in other section which contains spamming elements will be moved to Chit Chat Section once agreed by the Thread Author/Starter regardless of any thread topic. Take example like the "Official Forum's Spam Thread", in the General Discussion, shall be moved to Chit Chat Section.
