| Do some exercise, make your body tired and then take a shower. You will eventually fall asleep when your body is refreshed and tired =) _________________ No one knows everything, and everyone knows something a bit different from others. | Are you thinking of anything? Play some music which is soothing (somehow metal/rock makes me sleepy) My biological clock is also messed up. My sleeping time is never fixed. XD What I heard was have something warm to drink before you go to sleep. Turn off anything which is distracting and noisy. Lights, music (if it is distracting), computers, gadgets, whatever you think is distracting. Teen years is when our hormons are raging and makes active. Also, due to the amount of bright lights around us, makes our internal system think it is still daytime. And go to bed at a fix time. I'm doing this and it is slowly mending my internal clock. Hope this helps. _________________ Learn From The Past, Live The Present, Plan For The Future Team mD Moderator よろしくおねがいします~

| Don't worry too much of schoolwork. It's still early in the semester to catchup. Personally, I always read something before I sleep. _________________ |

| thanks for the info. I think my brain is too much active not to say active from studying or anything. Just too much thinking. I think doing sumthing that reduce the brain activity might help like exercise or watching tv like tat. Do u guys think acupuncture could help balancing the hormone or somthing? I kinda feel like sticking needles to my body or foot massage. Just once in a while for fun. haha |

| Lie down and imagine something relaxing(or anything at all), with your eyes closed. You'll be closer to a "sleeping state" and will eventually fall asleep. Well, it works for me. XP _________________ "Pro" lurker. XP Visit my blog here for some Gunpla reviews and random ramblings. ^^ |
