First is because of the date planned, the management is not approved because it's too near to exam. The other issues would be the fund. The fund for this year is not enough for us to hold a big carnival because most of the fund this year have been release to clubs compared to previous year. And part of the fund has been used to purchase the live band equipment for future used. ... We have since been in contact with the health authorities to gather more information on the matter. From our records, the student concerned was formerly from Swinburne Sarawak but transferred to Melbourne in 2007.
