| This happens as the semester closes near to finals. With the librarians can do something about it. Due to that, I rather go to an empty tutorial class to study instead.

| Well, the true theory is DOnt go to Library if you dont feel want to study or do work. If everyone apply this concept, I believe the Library will be more silent than what is happening all the time. Cause as I can see, most (but not all) student going to library to look for their friend and chat inside library. Every corner you go, you will see people talking and laughing. And end of the day, they dint study nor do their work.
